The Hottest Hair Color For Spring, According To Pinterest

by Stephanie Montes

When it comes to planning our next hair color change, we over-prepare. And when it’s time to narrow down our look to one option, we turn to the mecca of all things inspiring: Pinterest. If you’re curious which shade beauty junkies are clamoring for right this second, wonder no more. Pinterest confirms the search for platinum blonde is up 71%, and we’ve already booked an appointment with our colorist. If you’re on the fence about making the change yourself, these five icy options may sway you.

Warm Blonde

Platinum doesn't have to wash you out—to play up your complexion, go with a warm, buttery shade of blonde.

Cool Blonde

Cool, white undertones (think Khaleesi vibes) look fresh and modern. However, the road to getting your hair this white can be a long one.

Pastel Blonde

Going blonde doesn't mean you have to forfeit the opportunity to play with color. Try infusing a barely there shade of baby pink or lavender for an updated take on platinum.

Dark Roots

Roots do more than just create dimension, they give you some cushion when it comes to keeping up with your bleaching appointments. If you have really dark hair, this look is practical.

No Roots

We also love the look of roots-to-ends platinum blonde. However, it's a major commitment. To maintain the monochrome, prepare to be in the salon every week or every other week, depending on your natural color.
