"My favorite look right now is double liner. I love pairing black liquid eyeliner with a shimmering colorful liner. To achieve the double eyeliner effect, I first apply black eyeliner along the top lash line, and then I apply the simmering color liner above the black liner. You can also wear each one individually."
In the evening, try wearing double liner using black eyeliner along top lashes and a shimmering diamond, amethyst or pewter above the black.
