This Unknown Makeup Brand Just Launched At Sephora And People Are Freaking Out

Sephora is undoubtedly one of our favorite shopping destinations, and for good reason. It’s known for discovering some of the best up-and-coming brands before anyone else. The latest line the beauty behemoth is opening its doors to is Pretty Vulgar Cosmetics, a vintage-inspired makeup collection with over-the-top packaging and prices ranging from $20 to $44.
