There are few things more uncomfortable than dealing with a red, steaming sunburn on your skin. We’re huge activists for SPF and are aware that sun-tanning can cause some serious skin conditions, but sometimes a little burn accidentally gets the best of us. Reddit user Tammi Turner experienced a large burn across her face, after mistakenly skipping out on sunscreen.
She explained that after applying aloe to cool down and help soothe the burn, she turned to a foundation that had been in her vanity—Too Faced’s Born This Way. The cult-favorite concealer is known for its full-coverage formula and contains hydrating coconut water. After blending the base onto her face, Tammi’s burn became unnoticeable and proved that the foundation lives up to the hype. Another plus? She wrote that it wasn’t painful to apply to her face, even with the sunburn.
