Gwyneth Paltrow herself has admitted that some of the alternative beauty and wellness practices featured on her lifestyle site goop are a little out there, but it looks like she’s onto something with that whole “conscious uncoupling” thing. Case in point, a photo the recently engaged star just shared a photo on Instagram in which her ex-husband Chris Martin and fiancé Brad Falchuk are seated side by side during Sunday brunch—both flashing huge (and we might add, very genuine looking) smiles. Gwyneth has spoken candidly about her past relationships, so we know she’s got love for Martin and that she makes it a priority for them to be on good terms for their two children. Talk about a modern relationship—we’re still trying not to cringe whenever someone brings up our ex’s name. Also props to Gwyneth for finding mature (and dashing) dudes.
