Ban-dan-as

by The Zoe Report

Close followers of the S/S 2010 runways will note that models from several different shows were rocking bandanas and headscarves! From the turban safari styles shown at Oscar de la Renta to the flower child interpretations from Anna Sui and sporty chic versions courtesy of Hermès, there is something for just about every aesthetic. Saving the best for last, let’s not forget my top pick for the trend—Marni. The Italian fashion label topped off virtually every last look in their collection with a bohemian-hip headscarf and I cannot wait to try the trend myself.

One of the things I love most about spring and summer days is that they almost always call for wind-blown, disheveled hair. This means you can totally get away with hopping in the shower and heading out the door, or even hiding your locks almost entirely—cue today’s Marni Headscarf! Tie on one of these eclectic cool accessories for a day at the beach or whenever you just feel like putting a free-spirited spin on your look. Bad hair day? Works every time. xoRZ
