On the topic of Kate Middleton’s signature style, regal hues, modest hemlines and classic silhouettes are things that typically come to mind. What doesn’t, however, are decidedly trendy nuances—until now. For dinner at London’s Natural History Museum, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in a midi-length Barbara Casasola dress (which has since sold out online) boasting one very of-the-moment detail: an off-the-shoulder neckline. Primly grazing the top of her arms and punctuated by strappy sandals and a glimmering clutch, the look is possibly Kate’s trendiest yet—and we’re kind of obsessed.
