Wearing a curve-hugging Rick Owens strapless white dress and large hoops to the Family Equality Council’s Impact Awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, she got everyone talking by finishing the look with a lip ring. A little bit edgy and a lot risqué, it was an unexpected twist, perhaps encouraged by little sister Kendall’s look on the Balmain runway?
