Fresh Frock

by Tyler Love

Few things get me more excited than when a new fashion label hits the scene, which is why I am thrilled to talk about the Satine Label today—a pristine contemporary line from the West Coast boutique of the same name. Started by Satine Boutique‘s owner, Jeannie Lee, and one of my closest friends, former model Kelly Sawyer Patricof, the line consists of flirty and fresh, yet totally versatile pieces, like the gracefully flowing Angela Dress pictured above.

Fashioned with a tiered ruffle hem that starts short in the front and cascades low around the back, this silk-spaghetti-strap-number is a dream inclusion to one’s armoire. One of many designs that I am eyeing from Satine Label’s debut collection—I’m crazy for the pleated maxi skirts and punchy silk trousers—it perfectly depicts the brand’s feminine, wearable aesthetic. Want to leave your mark at an upcoming summer soirée? Channel your inner-goddess by rocking Satine Label’s Angela Dress with a notice-me necklace, metallic clutch and ankle strap heels. xoRZ
