The New Designer Line For Uniqlo Is The Stuff Our Preppy Dreams Are Made Of

Summer has yet to reach its end, but we couldn’t be more excited for the fall—because it means the release of a preppy new collab set to take over our closets. London-based cult designer JW Anderson just teamed up with Japanese big-box retailer Uniqlo for their first collection, abundant in stripe-bedecked button-up shirts, quilted jackets and tartan totes. The 33-piece unisex capsule will be available for purchase online September 21 and in select stores the next day. “It’s probably been the most exciting and the most personal collaboration I’ve ever done, because it’s the first time I’ve been designing for myself, what I would want to wear,” the designer said in a recent Vogue interview. And with a range that’s considerably affordable (everything sells between $30 and $150), it’s fair to say we want to wear this whole collection, too. Simply team these finds with crisp denim and loafers for the perfect back-to-school-esque ensemble for fall.
