Chanel’s Paris Haute Couture Show Was A Classically Parisian Dream
It’s safe to say that a Chanel show never disappoints in offering a sense of drama with a splash of fantasy (remember the rocket?). So when it came time for the iconic design house to present for Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week today, anything less than grandeur simply wouldn’t do. The show featured a series of dresses, suits, boots, hats and more than could best be described as classically Chanel coming down a catwalk beneath a massive replica of the Eiffel Tower. Between the signature boater hats, oversized pearl stud earrings, miles of tweed and an insanely dreamy wedding gown, we couldn’t possibly choose a favorite look. Instead we’ve put together some of the most jaw-dropping moments from the runway, as well as a few shots of the celebrity-studded crowd that included Kristen Stewart, Tilda Swinton, Sofia Coppola, Claudia Schiffer and—major fan-girl moment—Aziz Ansari and Alessandra Mastronardi of the binge-worthy Master of None. Check it out for yourself.
