When it comes to vibrant hues, you can adopt one of two approaches. One: Allow bold colors to shine by styling the look with neutrals that don’t compete. Two: Use the shade as an accent via accessories or in your beauty look—there’s no excuse not to try a dash of blue on your lashes at the very least.
