According to Us Weekly, multiple sources have confirmed the pregnancy, and Eva was initially outed while trying to hide her bump during a photo shoot back in February. With this new addition to their family, Mendes and Gosling will be making daughter Esmeralda, 17 months, a big sister. Congrats to all three!
