This $9 Rosé Was Just Ranked One Of The Best In The Entire World

ICYMI: Rosé is the drink of summer 2017. (Just try to debate us on this. It’s a hill we’re willing to die on.) And even though rosé has started going the way of the avocado—aka people are using it in weird and ridiculous, yet also kind of amazing, ways (see: ice cream)—we’re still drinking it with everything from macarons to pizza.

Luckily for our rosé habit, you don’t need to spend lots of money to find a quality pink wine. Further proof of this was given when the International Wine Challenge (basically the Oscars for wine) released its list of winners, and one of the best rosés was (drumroll, please) Aldi Exquisite Collection Côtes de Provence Rosé 2016. The wine, which costs all of $9, took home a silver medal in the competition.

But because we can’t have nice things, the exact wine the judges tasted and awarded isn’t available in the United States—however, a US version with the same name is available.
