If summer had a taste, it would be one of these cocktails. Infused with seasonal flavors like pineapple and watermelon, each recipe brings to mind days spent poolside. So go on, whip one of these up and enjoy your long weekend (and we’re guessing after the week you just had at work, you could use a drink—or several).
Pineapple Rum Punch

3 oz of pineapple coconut juice
2 oz of orange juice
2-4 oz of coconut rum
optional: sprig of mint, edible flowers, and pineapple slices for garnish
Directions: Combine juices and rum. Pour over ice.
Fresh Pineapple Margarita

2 cups of fresh pineapples, diced
3 oz of lime juice
1/2 cup of silver tequila
1 oz of Cointreau
2 oz of simple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
3 cups of ice cubes
coarse Kosher salt
Pineapple or lime wedges (for garnish)
Directions: Blend tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, pineapple chunks and ice cubes. Serve in a glass rimmed with salt.
Limoncello Prosecco With Blueberries And Thyme
1 bottle prosecco, chilled
1 cup limoncello, chilled
blueberries, thyme and lemon slices (for garnish)
Directions: Combine limoncello and prosecco in a pitcher. Serve over ice.
Vodka Watermelon Cooler

8 cups watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup water
1 cup watermelon vodka
Directions: Blend watermelon, lime juice, honey and water. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer. Stir in vodka. Serve over ice.

1.5 oz of white rum
1.5 oz of vodka
8 oz Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
Directions: Add blackberries and vodka to shaker. Muddle. Add rum and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled pint glass over ice. Fill with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.
