Ingredients: 3 oz of pineapple coconut juice 2 oz of orange juice 2-4 oz of coconut rum optional: sprig of mint, edible flowers, and pineapple slices for garnish

Directions: Combine juices and rum. Pour over ice.

Fresh Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh pineapples, diced 3 oz of lime juice 1/2 cup of silver tequila 1 oz of Cointreau 2 oz of simple syrup or agave nectar (optional) 3 cups of ice cubes coarse Kosher salt Pineapple or lime wedges (for garnish)

Directions: Blend tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, pineapple chunks and ice cubes. Serve in a glass rimmed with salt.

Ingredients: 8 cups watermelon, cubed 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup water 1 cup watermelon vodka

Directions: Blend watermelon, lime juice, honey and water. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer. Stir in vodka. Serve over ice.

Sparkling Ice

Ingredients:

1.5 oz of white rum

1.5 oz of vodka

Blackberries

8 oz Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime

Directions: Add blackberries and vodka to shaker. Muddle. Add rum and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled pint glass over ice. Fill with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.
