But when considering the fact that the boundary-breaking funny gal, who listed her one-bedroom condo late last year, reportedly just snagged herself a residential upgrade to the tune of $12 million, we’re reminded that she’s a bona fide superstar. According to The Real Deal, Schumer recently signed on the dotted line for a 4,500-square-foot penthouse on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Amenities of the five-bedroom home include a wrap-around terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass windows for an epic Hudson River view. Looks like 2016 has been a pretty good year for the award-winning entertainer, who was the first woman to be included in Forbes’ Highest Paid Comedian list. She’s totally earned this luxe new pad.
