Within the last year, the supermodel has walked major Fashion Month runways, donned her Angel wings at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and fronted magazine covers like Vogue—all while showing off her remarkably toned physique. Just as we were about to ask the secret to that killer body, Kendall herself revealed a few tricks on her website.
“My abs are my favorite thing to work out,” she wrote. “I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs. The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That’s how I know I’m doing the exercises right!”
Even if you’re not an A-list celebrity with a personal trainer, you can still do a few of these moves in the comfort of your own home. “Sometimes when I’m watching TV, I think to myself, ‘I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now,'” she added. “Then I get off the couch and do it.”
