These past couple of weeks (nay, months) have been rough. Just as we’ve begun to process one tragedy, another strikes, and we’ve been dealing with feelings of depression, anxiety and helplessness as a result. We know we’re not alone in this, as every conversation lately seems to revolve around how bad things are in the world—but there are simple steps we can take to make ourselves (and in turn, others) feel a bit better.
