Recipe & Directions:
Into your cocktail shaker, muddle a 1 inch piece of rosemary, and add lemon juice, simple syrup, vermouth, sherry, and gin. Shake and double-strain into a large coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
*Pear-Infused Medium Drysack Sherry Thinly slice Bartlett pears and cover with sherry. Allow to rest for 36 hours and strain through a sieve before serving.
