3 People React To Their Glowing Before-And-After Photos Featuring This New CC Cream

by Kaleigh Fasanella

When it comes to complexion makeup, IT Cosmetics is one of few brands we can always count on to deliver top-notch innovations. The brand’s new highly-anticipated CC+ Nude Glow Lightweight Foundation + Glow Serum with SPF 40 exceeded all of our expectations, and then some. Infused with hero ingredients like brightening niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and green tea extract, the 90 percent skin-care formula is unlike anything you’ll currently find on the market.

Not only does it offer an instant glow and natural-looking buildable coverage, but it’s also clinically shown to improve skin in as little as four weeks thanks to the aforementioned ingredients and invisible broad-spectrum sun protection. Here, three beauty insiders put the new weightless skin-loving foundation to the test, and as you’ll see, their before-and-after photos say it all.

Faith Xue, executive beauty director at BDG

As someone with oily skin that also tends to be acne-prone, Faith Xue typically aims for medium-coverage foundations that add glow to her complexion without being overly shiny. “This foundation was perfect for me,” she says matter-of-factly. “I was really surprised at how much coverage it gave while still leaving behind a dewy, glowing finish. It looked like my skin, but better.”

Faith adds that she was breaking out while testing the product, which ended up giving her an even better sense of its performance and how well it wore throughout the day. Ultimately, she was super impressed with how long-lasting the formula is, especially since it’s on the dewier side of the spectrum. “It stayed on and kept my skin looking smooth and glowing throughout the entire day and night,” says Faith. “It made me feel super confident getting ready for my dinner knowing my skin looked airbrushed.”

Faith’s takeaway: “I loved that it smoothed and blurred my skin, made my pores basically disappear, and left a really lovely, gleaming finish behind.”

Gabrielle Richardson, content creator & founder of the Brown Girl Butterfly Project

If you’re looking for an “all in one” foundation that you can always rely on regardless of how your skin is doing, Gabrielle Richardson says this formula is for you. “It made my skin look flawless, dewy, and glowy, and I was impressed by how light it felt,” she says. “It made me feel ready to go out!” Like her peers, Gabrielle appreciated the sun protection and how well it stayed on throughout the day despite feeling so weightless on the skin. “I [love] how blendable the formula is, and how it absorbed into my skin and felt so breathable,” she explains. “I love when a foundation is super light, hydrating, and feels like I'm wearing nothing!”

Gabrielle’s takeaway:“It made my complexion look flawless, stayed on all day, and kept me protected. I’d recommend this foundation to anyone who’s new to makeup and wants a perfect all in one.”

Lisa Ramos, model & content creator

When it comes to foundation, Lisa Ramos loves multi-use formulas that leave her combination-normal skin glowy (never greasy) and that hold up through long-haul days, especially since she travels frequently for work. “I wore it all day, then to the airport, and when I landed it still looked great,” says Lisa of her initial impression of the formula. “I loved the finish — it has a glowing effect but doesn’t make me look oily [and] it sits on the skin in a natural way that doesn’t look heavy or caked on.”

Additionally, Lisa’s a huge fan of the sun protection factor, as well as the spot-on shade range. “I love that it has SPF and can be worn on vacation, and I loved the perfect color match!” says Lisa. “It matched my skin-tone perfectly and we didn’t have to mix any colors.” Lastly, she adds that it made a noticeable difference in her overall appearance without looking like “too much,” which is her ultimate goal with face makeup.

Lisa’s takeaway: “You get great coverage, great color matching, SPF protection, and a natural-looking finish.”
