This Is How Meghan Markle Is Prepping For Her Big Day

The royal wedding is just T-minus four days away and we can hardly believe it. After months of wondering what Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's nuptials will look like, we'll finally have all of our answers. As we sit not-so-patiently at the edge of our seats, we're satisfying our curiosity with all the wedding-prep details we can get our hands on—including the bride's beauty regimen. From facials to fitness, this is how Meghan is preparing for the event of the year.

The bride to be has been seeing facialist Nichola Joss for years now. Back in 2014, she admitted that one of the biggest takeaways she's learned from her skincare guru is facial exercises. "I swear it works. On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are waaaay more sculpted," she told Birchbox . As for Nichola's tips, she recommends incorporating regular facial massages into your skincare routine, using a nourishing facial oil.

Back in November it was revealed that Meghan was also seeking the help of complexion expert, Sarah Chapman. A personal session with Sarah can set you back $800 and she has a waiting list of over 200. Sarah's hands are also insured for one million dollars, so you know she's the real deal.

Meghan has always maintained a healthy lifestyle. She's been open about her predominately plant-based diet over the years, but admitted that she loves to indulge in a glass of wine here and there (hey, that's from a plant right?). “I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends," she explained.

Along with following a clean diet, Meghan has always had a strict workout routine. She's reportedly engaging in a mix of yoga and pilates, and working out at Kensington Palace and Heartcore Pilates.

Meghan began practicing meditation a few years back with expert Light Watkins as part of her wellness journey. She learned how to meditate on her own after a few sessions, and has reportedly been keeping it up twice a day.
