For the past few years, we've pretty much come to associate Lauren Conrad with her long, lived-in waves. So you can imagine our collective surprise when she teased a major chop on her Instagram story last week. Now the Hills alum has unveiled a dramatically different look—that is, a shoulder-grazing bob, courtesy of hairstylist Kristin Ess. (And we have to add that her new chop is so fall-appropriate.)
Lauren took to Instagram, of course, to reveal the throwback style. (Rewind to three years ago when Kristin first gave her a similar mid-length cut!) Her reason for the change? "Honestly it's more of a time-saver," she told People—a notion all new moms can surely get behind. "I have to blow-dry my hair while my son is napping, and it doesn't always last that long, so less hair is less time." Can't say that doesn't make perfect sense.
