We’ve seen Kim Kardashian go makeup-free a few times over the years, but none of her “makeunders” have been quite as comprehensive (or beautifully shot) as this Vogue Spain cover shoot, now on newsstands. Photographed at the Beverly Hills Hotel by Theo Wenner while Kim was in the early stages of her second pregnancy (and jet-lagged from her high-profile trip to Armenia), the spread features the star in all manner of staycation gear—novelty T-shirts, white cotton briefs, oversize pj’s and heather grey sweats—without a stitch of foundation, lip gloss or smoky shadow in sight. The kicker? She looks stunning and radiates that edgy, too-cool-to-care quality we love in It girls like Alexa Chung, Bella Hadid and Zoe Kravitz. While we doubt we’ll ever see Kim give up makeup completely, we hope (the natural-leaning beauty girls that we are) her next style transformation involves a more minimal approach to makeup. It bears repeating: It really suits her.
