The Cardio Workout You Should Be Doing, According To Jennifer Aniston

When Jennifer Aniston gives advice, we listen—especially if it’s fitness related. She recently spilled some deets about her workout routine, and it’s good. In addition to taking The Class By Taryn Toomey (one of Los Angeles’ buzziest workouts) and “throwing heavy boulders around and pushing medicine balls and wiggling and shaking that big rope thing” with her trainer, Jen has a special elliptical interval workout she likes to do for cardio. (Stars! They’re just like us!)

She told Vogue that she likes to do 45 minutes of intervals on the elliptical. “I raise the incline, run for two mins, walk for one, run for two. . . and I do it for 20 minutes straight until I’m just drenched.” (We’re assuming she does that two times through.) Simple and effective. We like.
