Middleton stopped by the Royal Liverpool University Hospital in the aforementioned wool coat and she layered a black knit dress from Cefinn under it. (The outerwear has been in Middleton’s wardrobe since November 2021, when wore it for the Royal British Legion video.)Samir Hussein/WireImage

Then, Middleton rounded out her OOTD with a pair of navy-hued Gianvito Rossi pumps and a green purse from Mulberry. (This particular style is one of her all-time favorite bags.)Samir Hussein/WireImage
For accessories, she wore her engagement ring and picked out a set of matching sapphire earrings to finish the look. (She inherited both jewels from Princess Diana, FYI.)Samir Hussein/WireImage
As for Prince William, he sported a tailored navy coat with matching trousers, plus a green sweater underneath. The look color-coordinated with Middleton’s outfit perfectly.Samir Hussein/WireImage
