Launched in 2013, New York-based LaQuan Smith is known as a luxe, sultry line seen on celebrities like Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna. As of late, trendsetter Hailey Bieber joined the club, and was spotted wearing the designer’s Wool Halter Dress while meeting the president of France (casual).
