We got married at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch with the help of our fantastic wedding planner, Mindy Weiss. My dress was Marchesa and my shoes were Christian Louboutin.

Rule We Broke: I had no bridesmaids - best decision ever (for me and my best friends)!

Megan Gustashaw, Editorial Director @mgustashaw

Everything came together with the help of friends and family. Emma Fletcher created my dress, she designs a line for Tocca now but back then, she had a line and store in Nolita called Lyell which was my favorite. I wore a simple red lip and a top-knot.

Rule We Broke: For desert we brought in the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Truck (which my nephews loved).

Our wedding outside of Playa Del Carmen in Mexico was a non-stop 5-day celebration with 71 of our closest friends and family.

Rule We Broke: I wore stilettos on the beach. We had bamboo mats laid down to make my walk down the aisle less difficult.

Marisa Runyon, Director of Brand Partnerships @marisaclee

We wanted everything to feel timeless and chic so we actually stuck to a very traditional wedding.

Rule We Broke: At the time, strapless princess gowns that were having a major moment, but instead I chose a more modern, structured dress.

We had our wedding at our favorite winery in Sonoma and our dear friend acted as the officiant and DJ. We had 3 wedding cakes because I have an insane sweet tooth and couldn't make a decision at the tasting.

Rule We Broke: I wore a gold, Diane Von Furstenberg sequin gown for the sunset ceremony.

Shannon Nash, Fashion and Beauty Editor @aspenthrift

For our beachside wedding in Kauai I paired my gown with a floral wreath and heeled wedges so that I could easily navigate the grassy hillside.

Rule We Broke: I did my own hair and makeup so that it looked and felt completely natural.

Ron Troxell, Advertising Director @ronaldtroxell

We held wedding on our 10 year anniversay in Palos Verdes, California overlooking the beautiful Pacific coastline. We had 124 guests and a six course meal.

Rule We Broke: We held our wedding on a Friday afternoon!

My wedding was last weekend at Verandas in Manhattan Beach, California. To make it feel like me, I incorporated sequins into the decor (see our wedding cake table!) and my bridesmaids' dresses.

Rule We Broke: My wedding dress was blush-colored.
