The Blackberry Buck recipe by @spiritedshaker says to muddle two blackberries and shake three quarter ounces lemon juice, a quarter ounce ginger syrup and balsamic vinegar each, and two ounces Clyde May’s bourbon with ice. For a batch, mix 40 fluid ounces Maker's Mark, 10 milliliters orange bitters, 10 fluid ounces blood orange puree (Boiron brand), and 50 milliliters honey; keep chilled.
