Get Ready To Toast To The New Year With This Crowd-Pleasing Champagne Cocktail

It’s not New Year’s Eve without a little Champagne, so here are a few of TZR’s favorite sparkling cocktail recipes to toast with when the clock strikes midnight.

To make the The NYE Sparkling Grape, shake 1/2 ounce each of lemon juice and concord grape syrup, plus 1 ounce vodka vigorously for 20 seconds. Add 1 1/2 ounces each of Maison No. 9 rosé and sparkling wine to the tin, and then strain into a stemmed wine glass or coupe without ice.Courtesy of Maison No. 9
For the Rosa Fizz, you need 1 1/2 ounces Calirosa “Rosa Blanco” Tequila, 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 1/2 ounce lime juice, and 3/4 ounce egg white. Combine all ingredients into shaker without ice. Dry shake until frothy. Add ice; shake again. Double strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with Prosecco.Courtesy of Calirosa Tequila
Create the Hendrick’s French 75 by adding 1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s Gin, 1/2 part simple syrup, and 1/2 part lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.Courtesy of Hendrick’s Gin
The Raspberry Wheat cocktail calls for 1/2 ounce Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey, 1/4 ounce raspberry simple syrup, and 1/4 ounce lemon. Mix together, top with Prosecco DOC Rose, and garnish with a fresh raspberry.Courtesy of Old Elk
Create the Broken Spritz with equal parts Broken Shed Vodka, Aperol, and Luna Argenta Prosecco. Add ingredients to a large wine glass over ice, stir, and top with Perrier or soda. Garnish with an orange wheel.Courtesy of Broken Shed
The Lillet Rouge Sangria says to combine 1 bottle Lillet Rouge, 1/2 cup Grand Marnier, 1 cup cold-pressed apple juice, 3 ounces lemon juice, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 apple sliced, and 1 pear sliced in a pitcher with ice. Stir and let chill until infused, then top with Champagne and fresh orange wheels.Courtesy of Lillet
The Hendrick's Festivus Fizz by Hendrick’s National U.S. Ambassador Vance Henderson requires 2 parts Hendrick's Gin, 3/4 part lime, 1 part pink grapefruit syrup, and 1 dash cardamom bitters. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Courtesy of Hendrick's Gin
For the Milagro Dorado, gather 1 1/2 parts Milagro Select Silver, 1/2 part agave nectar, and 1/2 part lemon juice. Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with gold flakes.Courtesy of Milagro
