When you think '90s grunge, oversized flannels, ripped-to-shreds jeans, band tees, and combat boots inevitably come to mind. One model featured almost all of the above in her latest Instagram post, plus another more permanent trend. Behati Prinsloo's pink hair is the edgy way to go into spring.

This Victoria's Secret angel is taking her throwback look very seriously, even dying her hair a striking shade of pink to match the '90s motif. Prinsloo posted a photo over the weekend that showed herself in black leather leggings and a slouchy flannel button-up that looks like she could have picked it up from the thrift store.

She sported chunky Dr. Martens and messy raspberry-hue hair, writing in the caption, "The '90s called ... " and tagging Lorenn Van Gorder, the hairstylist presumably behind the makeover.

Back in the bygone decade, Drew Barrymore, Gwen Stefani, and Kate Moss were just a few who joined in on the pastel hair movement. Now that the trend is re-emerging, everyone from Khloe Kardashian to Hailey Baldwin have dyed their hair pink.

You know what they say: Style is cyclical. First, it was the distressed denim, then the combat boots, and now it's pastel hair that's coming back with a vengeance. Prinsloo's look is proof.

With a two-year-old and a one-year-old in tow, the model looks inherently cool with her new magenta hair. Prinsloo went shopping in Beverly Hills with daughter Dusty on her hip the day after debuting her bold dye job. Again, she channeled '90s style with a graphic tee tucked into high-waisted "mom jeans," and sneakers. Even Dusty wore a pair of retro overalls and pink Vans.

Prinsloo is clearly obsessed with the throwback look, but her pink hair is also a perfect fit for spring. So, go ahead and summon the warm weather by dying your hair the color of an Easter lily. And after you've made a trip to the salon, style your hair exactly like Prinsloo's with a few of The Zoe Report's favorite products, ahead.
