Earlier this fall saw all manner of famous folks making a major cut. Between the haircuts seen on actresses, models, singers, and more industry heavy hitters, it became abundantly clear that shorter strands were seriously in — and the fresh lobs and bobs brought no shortage of inspiration for anyone else wanting to try an ultra-short style. But if you're among the crowd who resisted the urge to chop, you've got to figure out ways to style your longer locks this holiday season. Enter Bella Hadid's long, wavy hair, which replaced her trendy bob to serve up the ideal style for even the laziest long-haired girls this holiday season.

The younger Hadid sister jetted off to Miami earlier this week to attend the Dior Fall 2020 Men's runway presentation on Dec. 3, and since she had the rare opportunity to be spotted off the runway she pulled out all the stops with her look. Donning a pair of pajamas — yes, she pulled off wearing slinky sleep separates to a fashion show — the model proved that a laid back look can still be fun and festive (and clearly party-ready). And that idea extended to her newly long hairstyle, too.

The nearly waist-length look replaced Hadid's sleek, blunt bob that she debuted only last month, and was created by hairstylist Glen Coco (whom Hadid tagged in the sneak peek mirror pictures she posted on her Instagram). Presumably, Coco used extensions to execute the look and add mermaid-worthy length to Hadid's currently-short natural strands, before running a curling iron through the tresses to add tousled, wavy dimension. And that's literally all there is to the look.

If you've already got long hair you know that with great lengths comes great responsibility — aka more time spent in front of the mirror trying to figure out party-ready styles, especially during the holiday season. But Hadid's new 'do shows you can still make a statement with a low-effort look. All you need is wave mist to bring out some natural texture, a curling wand or iron, and a quick shot of flexible hold hair spray to keep the style going strong.
