The inaugural collection of shades features three different silhouettes, all of which are hand-crafted in an artisanal eyewear workshop in Fukui, Japan from the finest titanium and mineral for style that will stand the test of time. The three styles, $550 each, were dreamed up by BYREDO founder and creative director Ben Gorham to help the wearer totally transform their look simply by sliding on the shades. Each evokes its own attitude and aesthetic: The Engineer is trailblazing and modern, The Bohemian is a total free spirit, and The Certified Pilot is a timeless classic. All the frames are crafted from the same durable and sleek titanium metal, and each lens is made from hardy, scratch-resistant mineral — meaning a pair of these quality glasses will last you more than just a season or two.

Whether you select the Bohemian's circular frames, the Certified Pilot's forever-cool aviator, or the Engineer's modern rounded-square style, you'll have your pick of nine different color ways and finishes. Classic picks include polished gold with brown lenses or silver frames with black, but the collection also includes more of-the-moment color combinations like gold with emerald green lenses or matte black frames with a reflective flash mirror lens.
