The refined frock features a classic double-breasted silhouette, gold buttons that pop against the black base, and two cutout slits (one on the right shoulder and the other one along the left thigh) that are fastened with large gold safety pins.

Ciara chose to take a minimalist route with her accessories, opting only for a handful of rings that dazzled with each flashing camera light. Thin-strapped heels grounded her blazer dress outfit effortlessly, while a silvery, smoky eye and a pale-pink pout added a dash of evening drama.
