Emma Roberts Just Wore The Trend You’re About To See Everywhere
If you've been on trend watch during the especially fashion-forward month of Feb., you may have noticed a few recurring styles. Besides the seemingly endless red carpet appearances during award show season, celebrities have debuted coveted statement pieces throughout New York Fashion Week shows. Emma Roberts' fringe jacket, for example, will likely come to mind when you start seeing Western accents everywhere this season.
The actor arrived to the Longchamp show on Feb. 9 wearing an elevated version of a cowboy-esque jacket. Roberts sported a uniquely designed Longchamp jacket-and-skirt combination, featuring a mahogany top adorned with cream fringe. She paired the cool coat with a blue macrame skirt that hit right at the waist, closely mirroring the Longchamp model who debuted the piece last spring.
The newly 28-year-old, who celebrated her birthday at the British label's NYFW show, wore the adventurous set with a pair of suede boots in cobalt blue, an orange crossbody bag, and a pair of vintage-looking chandelier studs.
Her hairstylist, Rebekah Forecast, slicked back Roberts' hair into a tight, low bun with a meticulously placed middle part. Meanwhile, her makeup artist, Ana Marie Rizzieri, focused on a soft glow with rosy cheeks, nude lips, and full brows.
While fringe has been a longtime staple in the closets of the boho-obsessed, Roberts' latest look demonstrates its ascendence into the mainstream. Although Roberts' outfit is no longer in stock, there are already loads of other fringy pieces on the market this season.
