Hailey Baldwin's Blue Kenzo Look Takes The Guesswork Out Of Getting Ready
Hollywood's most stylish have officially relocated to New York City for the time being to make their rounds at New York Fashion Week. And that means they've traded in their signature chill West Coast style for city-cool looks that are equal parts refined, polished, and fun (that is the East Coast way, after all). Gigi Hadid is one notable name who's been slaying the off-duty fashion game as of late, but the one ensemble that proved to be the reigning street-style champion of the weekend was actually courtesy of Hailey Baldwin. Yep, the blue Kenzo look she sported on Sept. 8 is the outfit to copy right now.
On Sun., the model stepped out for a brunch in New York City, taking a quick break from her hectic NYFW schedule to get in a bit of family time. With some of her relatives and her stylist Maeve Riley in tow, Baldwin shut down the Big Apple street-style scene in a blueish-purple Kenzo set that will take your breath away — it's that stunning.
Baldwin's two-piece combo consisted of a long sleeve crop top with sharp puff shoulders (a trend that just won't quit) and a square neckline, plus a pair of flared trousers that sat high on the waist. Both pieces were rendered in the same blueish-purple hue, but the motif on each appeared to be slightly different. Tiny white speckles covered the top, while on the bottom, larger, white splashes popped against the darker base.
As you probably know by now, Baldwin isn't one to leave her house without a top-notch assortment of accessories in tow — and her Sun. outing was no different. A mini top handle bag by Gelareh Mizrahi, in a poppy purple hue, teamed perfectly with her set and demonstrated the cute (albeit at times impractical) micro purse is still as sought after as ever, while a pair of crisp white Christian Louboutin pumps offered the final, punctuating touch of refinement.
The model pulled her hair back into a bun, which put her hoop earrings and dainty necklace on full display. Well done, Baldwin.
