Hailey Baldwin Showed Up To Coachella In The Coolest $65 Sneakers
It's no secret that statement-making sneakers have absolutely dominated the fashion world for years now, with nearly every high-end designer, from Gucci to Chanel, putting out their own versions. That said, getting in on the sneaker trend doesn't have to require a high-ticket item. Case in point: Hailey Baldwin just wore $65 red sneakers that are just as stylish as their designer counterparts.
The Coachella Music and Arts Festival took over Indio, California this weekend, and celebrity attendees pulled out all the stops when it came to their wardrobes for the three-day affair. Of course, Baldwin was no different when she attended the Levi’s in the Desert Party on April 13.
The model, who was recently tapped as the first-ever face of Levi's iconic 501 range, wore none other than a complete denim look to the event. Although she usually takes a low-key approach when it comes to her off-duty looks, Baldwin switched things up with light-wash Levi's, a matching denim jacket, and a black lace bustier.
Baldwin styled her all-denim look with tons of statement-making jewelry, including a chunky nameplate necklace, equally daring gold hoops, and a black leather belt with a gold, Western-inspired buckle. Comfort was obviously key for the event, and Baldwin opted for a pair of high-top Vans. Featuring the coolest cherry-red hue and a subtle check print, Baldwin's sneakers acted as the ultimate finishing touch to her look.
This isn't the first time the model has reached for the iconic sneaker brand. Baldwin regularly incorporates Vans into her street style, whether it's with a pair of checkered slip-ons or a skater-inspired high-top. The likes of Lupita Nyong'o, Dakota Fanning, and Behati Prinsloo have given Vans their stamp of approval, too.
Sneakers don't have to be relegated to weekends, vacations, or music festivals, either. While it appears that fashion crowd is obsessed with chunky, dad-inspired sneakers as of late, you can always opt for a more streamlined silhouette like Baldwin's to incorporate the trend into your workwear lineup.
Better yet, some of the most classic, easy-to-wear styles fall below the $100 range. Ahead, The Zoe Report rounded up the very best styles to shop right now, including Baldwin's exact pair.
