A country rich with color and intricate prints, Morocco is a textile lover's dream. After spending a week stateside and wearing almost exclusively all black (classic New York City casual), the duchess packed plenty of color for her royal visit to North Africa. Meghan Markle's blue printed dress is your ultimate inspiration for spring.

The mom-to-be is squeezing in one last royal visit before she hunkers down at Kensington Palace with the new baby, coming in April. Only a week ago, she was catching up with friends over macarons at a New York bakery, gearing up for the big baby shower (that Amal Clooney, Serena Williams, and her other famous pals attended). Now, she's in sunny Morocco to mingle with the King.

On Mon., Meghan Markle arrived at King Mohammed VI's palace alongside Prince Harry, and she was wearing an elevated version of the dress you'll want to live in this spring. The flowy blue frock features an all-over leafy botanical print that looks like it was inspired by Morocco itself.

The maxi is by Carolina Herrera — one of the duchess' favorites — and was debuted on the Fall/Winter 2019 runway. Markle, of course, made some changes to the original silhouette, adding a pretty flutter sleeve and taking out the waist cinching to better fit her growing baby bump.

The whimsical, floral dress was certainly on the casual side of Markle's usual look but fit in with the Moroccan theme so perfectly. Earlier in the day, the duchess opted for another casual outfit consisting of a black-and-white striped t-shirt and black jeans during her and Prince Harry's visit to the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports and to a Moroccan cooking demonstration.

She changed into the dreamy dress just in time to stop by the royal palace in Rabat, accessorizing it with a neutral nude clutch and simple diamond studs. Her hair was pulled back in a polished low bun.

But you don't have to be royalty to pull this look off. Markle's dress is the perfect printed maxi for all those spring outings to come, so snag her exact Carolina Herrera number or similar dresses, ahead.
