Pale pink might possibly be the last color you'd expect to see in the middle of winter, especially on someone who rarely strays from the dark side of the color wheel. The Duchess of Sussex's latest outfit, however, proves that this cheery color is more than just a summer hue. Meghan Markle's pink dress will inspire you to take a break from black.

This mom-to-be has been busy lately, but not just with nursery preparations at the Palace. Despite that rapidly growing baby bump, she's kept up with her duchess duties seemingly with ease, leaving the royal-obsessed with a continuous flow of outfits all the while.

This time, Markle made an appearance at The National Theatre in London, one of her four recently announced patronages, wearing a blush Brandon Maxwell dress and blazer combo. The knee-length number is a version of the outfit Brandon Maxwell debuted on the Spring 2019 runway recently — the original was just a smidge higher and styled on the catwalk with a bright-red bandana around the model's neck.

Markle ditched the bandana, of course, and wore hers with strappy Aquazzura heels of the same color and a trendy white Carolina Herrera box clutch with royal-worthy gold trim.

The sleek dress features a sharp V-neck and a flouncy, pleated skirt, while its matching blazer is designed with a subtle rounded lapel and gold-toned buttons on the sleeves.

Markle's style is typically defined by a darker color palette — think: navy, burgundy, and her all-time favorite, basic black — but the duchess has sported lighter hues more frequently during her pregnancy, it seems.

The day after the announcement, for instance, the former Suits actor opted for a white midi under a beige trench in Australia. More recently, she visited another one of her patronages, Mayhew, on Jan. 16 in a $35 off-white H&M maternity dress and matching coat.

So, don't be afraid to sport a light summery color in the wintertime. Cop Markle's look with The Zoe Report's favorite pink dresses, ahead.
