Autumn is here, and aside from deciding which Euphoria character you should be for Halloween, you may be grappling with whether or not to get bangs this fall. The ever-present question seems to really gain steam amidst seasonal shifts, but rest assured that Rihanna's blunt bangs are the answer you've been searching for. Celebrating the Fenty pop-up at Paris Fashion Week, the fashion and beauty mogul debuted straight, raven tresses that nearly brushed her waist — but it was her face-framing fringe that caught everyone's attention.

The singer's wispy, eye-grazing bangs and statement red lip served Jane Birkin vibes in the French capital, while a sharp cat-eye accentuated the Barbadian beauty's signature green eyes. Donning an all-black denim outfit and a Balenciaga fanny pack, the 31-year-old completed her look with a diamond chainlink choker and boxy sunglasses atop the fresh crop.

If Rihanna's rich and varied track record in hair is any indication, this statement look may have been a one-night thing — but to absolutely no one's surprise, it served as yet another A+ beauty moment for the eclectic style icon. A wise Twitter user once said, "It's ugly until Rihanna decides it's not," but Riri isn't the only tastemaker definitively deeming fall 2019 the Season of Fringe.
