Sienna Miller Just Wore The Most Expensive Piece Of Jewelry That Gucci Has To Offer
Hollywood A-listers are no strangers to wearing some bank-breaking pieces, from the iconic Tiffany & Co. necklace Lady Gaga donned for the 2019 Oscars (which is worth roughly $30 million) to the earrings Diane Kruger once wore that cost a cool $12,250 — a piece. Now, the latest jaw-dropping jewel to debut is courtesy of Sienna Miller's black sequin look, a dazzling evening outfit that was made even more luxe, thanks to the addition of a necklace that's one of the most expensive Gucci has to offer right now.
On Nov. 2, notable names from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries gathered at LACMA (aka, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art) for its ninth annual Art+Film Gala. Never failing to boast a seriously stylish lineup of attendees, this year's gathering proved to be one for the books, with Miller's glitzy look ranking as one of the best of the evening.
The actor, who always manages to put a stylish foot forward, attended the annual gathering in what's perhaps the most glamorous look to bless your newsfeed in quite some time. Though Dakota Johnson's Hollywood Film Awards look — a sequin-embellished YSL suit — comes in a close second, it's the American Woman's Gucci gown and big, bold, bank-breaking necklace that simply can't be beat.
Miller's dress has an utterly simple silhouette and features a square neckline, thick shoulder straps, and a slightly cinched-in waistline. Though streamlined, the dress certainly made a glittering statement, thanks the thousands of sequins that were adorned on it.
But the scene-stealing facet of Miller's LACMA Gala look was actually slightly hidden, so if you missed it the first time around, now's your second chance to admire that insanely stunning necklace. Tucked away underneath her wavy blonde hair was a Gucci necklace that costs half a million dollars (yes, you read that correctly).
According to InStyle, the stunning necklace around her neck is the most expensive piece from Gucci's new high jewelry collection and is designed with a mix of opals, purple-pink sapphires, lagoon tourmalines, red spinels, mandarin garnets, and green tourmalines, all set in white-gold, for the perfect pop of color.
With more black-tie gatherings on the horizon, it's very likely plenty more jewels (with jaw-dropping price tags) will make their debut. Stay tuned!
