For the past 20 years, music lovers have ventured out to the desert for the annual celebration filled with tunes, food, and far-out looks: Coachella, of course. The celebrity-approved shebang has changed a lot since the early years, but A-listers continue to step out for Grammy award-winning headliners, star-studded parties, and top-notch photo ops each spring. As the first big music fest of the season, the Indio gathering consistently promises the best of celebrity festival style, and Coachella 2019 was no exception.

At the 20th annual California-based event, attendees brought their style A-game in the desert heat, signaling what trends are worth infusing into your looks for upcoming concerts this summer. Despite model Bella Hadid and The Weeknd sitting this year out and setting off on a romantic vacay instead, the gathering saw a decent turnout, with everyone from Janelle Monáe to Ariana Grande hitting the stage for performances for the ages.

Festival season has only just begun, so it's the perfect time to take notes from style tastemakers and consider some of the coolest trends for the months ahead. Ahead, The Zoe Report's roundup of celebrity-approved looks to keep in your back pocket for style inspo this festival season and beyond.

Jasmine Tookes & Shanina Shaik

The Victoria's Secret Angels coordinated in copper colored slip dresses and white accessories, with Shaik making a nod at the Western-inspired wave and Tookes staying classic with low-top sneakers.

Emily Ratajkowski

Channeling her signature feminine style, the 27-year-old wore polka dots not once but twice this year, making a case for the flirty, retro trend.

Gigi Hadid

Putting a bright spin on the utilitarian aesthetic, the eldest Hadid sister wore printed cargo pants, combat boots, a tie-dye vest, and a convenient, rainbow micro bag. Tactical, but make it hippie.

Kate Bosworth

Looking breezy in a cutoff tank and wide-leg denim, Bosworth made an ode to her '90s style with a bedazzled update on platform slides.

Olivia Culpo

Culpo took the sporty route in a moveable, fire-red set with a cream-colored bodybag and matching chunky sneakers.

Candice Huffine

Going all in with tie-dye mania, Huffine brightened everyone's day in a rainbow denim set with all-white high top Converse.

Kiernan Shipka

Serving gothic bohemian vibes, Shipka accompanied her floor-length lace gown with a crown of braids and tousled waves.

Shay Mitchell

Mitchell opted for classic festival style with waist-length waves, minimal makeup, and an all-black crocheted ensemble, accessorized with stacked silver belts, matching cuffs, and Western-inspired ankle boots.

Winnie Harlow

Proving the reign of neon is still going strong, Harlow accented her two-piece set with rosy pink hair and a subtle body chain.

Selena Gomez

The "Taki Taki" singer hit the stage for a surprise performance alongside Cardi B, putting a fresh spin on power suits with an all-white number decked out in ruffles and lace.

Elsa Hosk

Offsetting a belted floral mini dress with zip-up combat boots, the Victoria's Secret model demonstrated how to nail the '80s revival in 80 degree weather.
