ELOQUII's New Collab Is Bringing Lime Green To Your Lingerie In The Prettiest Way

It isn't necessary to splurge on luxury Italian lingerie just for Valentine's Day. However, if the option to indulge in a Cosabella x ELOQUII collaboration is available, and if said option includes a neon green lace teddy, then why not? Lucky for you, that was't a rhetorical question.

Released on Jan. 22, the limited-edition lingerie and sleepwear is may make anyone who resisted last year's slime green trend into a fan. Consisting of 16 Italian-made pieces sizes XL to 5X, the collection tells a vibrant color story: Lingerie standards like understated neutrals and black fabric trimmed with white lace are at play, as are neon green, hot pink, and a wine shade that could not be more perfect for Valentine's Day.

Together, the colors and fabrics create a classically sexy lingerie collection that feels fresh and perhaps even daring. Not that anyone expected less from the luxurious Italian lingerie brand Cosabella and ELOQUII, one of the chicest plus-size fashion brands on the market (just see its Jason Wu collab if this is your first time hearing the name). With prices ranging between $39.95 to $149.95, this collaboration is the first time Cosabella's desirable designs are available in sizes up to 5X — and shoppers seem to have been very ready, since select sizes have already sold out on ELOQUII's website.

Which goes to show how anticipated a collaboration like this was for the brand's fanbase. "Our customers and their feedback shape what we do and the collections we create. In really taking in the feedback, we’ve had the awesome opportunity to work with great brands to bring her unique collections that she wouldn’t otherwise have access to and this collaboration isn’t any different," Jodi Arnold, ELOQUII Creative Director, tells the Zoe Report in an email.

Likewise, Cosabella embraced the chance to marry the two brands' unique skillsets. “We found such a great partner in ELOQUII to design for a customer that we’ve never had to ability to do so before," Cosabella's co-CEO Silvia Campello tells the Zoe Report. "ELOQUII’s philosophy of really listening to their customers mirrors that of Cosabella’s and it has been a great opportunity to merge our distinct characteristics — our Italian craftsmanship & design and ELOQUII’s fit expertise — to create a beautiful assortment of intimates.”

Though this is Cosabella's first time creating desgins in the collection's sizes and ELOQUII's first intimates collaboration, hopefully more neon lacy designs are to come from both, together and separate.
