To make the Yo Yo Berry, combine 4 oz. water, 16 oz. ice, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1/2 cup oat milk, 1/2 cup mixed berries blend, and 1 scoop superfood greens (like

). “The whey-based protein will add muscle-enhancing amino acids,” says Zabka-Belsky.
