5 Pink Wines To Help You Do National Rosé Day Right

by Samantha McDonald

While we never need an excuse to rosé all day, we’re still adults with jobs, family obligations and bills to pay. But luckily for us, there’s one day out of the year dedicated to celebrating the glorious pink stuff—and in case you haven’t heard, it happens to be June 10. In honor of National Rosé Day, we’ve stocked up on the best bottles for peak Saturday fun with the girls (or by oneself, no judgment here) and we’re sharing them with you. So sit back, relax and, well, literally rosé all day. Your to-do list can wait.

The founder of National Rosé Day, Bodvár Hafström, is the internationally renowned King of Rosé, which basically means you can't go wrong with any of the wines that emerge from his house.

It's light, crispy and dry—the very definition of what summer water should be—and with notes of strawberry, pink grapefruit and white peach, this wine pairs perfectly with popular warm-weather hors d'oeuvres like ceviche and salads.

With three different rosé blends—Monaciello Rosato, Château Les Crostes and Château de Saint-Martin—this collection is the ideal choice for the Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda in your girl squad. (You're the Carrie, of course.)

A splendid apéritif, this medium-bodied rosé goes wonderfully with scallops, soufflés and salmon. Note: Pack this for your next BYOB rooftop picnic.

One sip of this fragrantly fruity wine and you're immediately transported to the French Riviera—obviously the ideal place to be on National Rosé Day, but alas, #reallife awaits.
