10 Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipes That Will Have You Head Over Heels Immediately

This Cupid's Arrow recipe by Art in the Age mixologist Lee Noble calls for 1 1/2 ounces each of The Pathfinder Hemp and Root and Tamworth Distilling Apiary Gin, plus 2 ounces chilled hibiscus tea and 1 dropper Bittermens Burlesque Bitters. Gather 2 ounces Finlandia Botanical Wildberry & Rose, 3/4 ounce lime juice, and 1/2 ounce pomegranate syrup (or premium grenadine). The A Rosé Grows In KY recipe, also by Bailey, says to shake 1 egg white, then add 1 1/2 ounces Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve, 3/4 ounce simple syrup, and 3/4 ounce lemon juice. For the Yuzu and Rosewater Sparkling Lemonade Mocktail, combine 1 cup Natalie’s lemon juice, 1/2 cup yuzu juice, 2 tablespoons rosehip spread, and 1/4 cup agave syrup in a pitcher; whisk vigorously. For LALO’s “Kiss Me” Paloma, add 2 ounces LALO Tequila, 1 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce agave syrup, and a pinch of salt to an ice-filled shaker. The Flirty Shirley recipe says to add 1 ounce pomegranate juice, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/2 ounce rose syrup, and 1 ounce vodka to a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. The Lady In Red recipe requires 1 part Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 1 part Sipsmith Sloe Gin, 1/2 part lemon juice, 1 egg white, and 1 bar spoon raspberry syrup. For the Strawberry White Chocolate Coconut Martini by @beautifulbooze, you’ll need 2 ounces gin, 1 ounce Mozart Strawberry Chocolate Liqueur, 1/2 ounce coconut syrup, and 3 dashes orange bitters.
